Saving Data
A number of different options are available in Dragonfly if you need to save image data or generated objects, such as regions of interest, multi-ROIs, and meshes.
You can save the current state of the workspace, including all imported datasets, processed objects, and the Movie Maker timeline, in a session file. See Sessions for information about saving and loading sessions.
Tasks for Saving Data
Following are the primary tasks available for saving data:
- Export Screenshots… You can save screenshots of the active view to a number of standard image file formats (see Exporting Screenshots and Exporting Multiple Screenshots).
- Export Images… You can export images and images stacks to a number of different file formats (see Exporting Images).
- Export Objects… You can export objects in the .ORSObject file format (see Exporting Objects).
